The Thriving Entrepreneur

A Training in Self-Leadership

Most entrepreneurs carry pressures that very few ever see. Business and life look proper from the outside, but the former ease and flow of work — or life, or both — are gone. If you recognise yourself, consider that you are in good company.

What quietly
weighs
on you.

You carry pressures that very few around you ever see. Business and life look proper from the outside, but the ease and flow of work, or life, or both, has quietly left. Something that used to feel natural now costs more than it should.

Others see your strength. Rarely do they see the parts that feel vulnerable, insecure, or overwhelmed. You are good at taking action, and yet you too struggle with not knowing what will come, especially now in times of crisis, conflict, and the rapid change AI is bringing.

Even when things are quiet, your mind stays active, tracking what's next, what's missing, what needs you. Others rely on you, and there are very few places where you can truly lean back and be held.

Many entrepreneurs carry this quietly, not quite daring to name it openly. This is why we created a space where you and your pressures are met with honesty, depth, and genuine support.

Five paths
toward thriving.

A retreat for a community of like-minded people committed to developing the capacities and competencies needed for powerful self-leadership. Three days in a courageous and creative space, with other entrepreneurs.

01
Downregulating the Nervous System

To re-charge, to be creative, to connect with what matters most.

02
Connected Breathing

To access hidden gems in our psyche and walk our paths of healing.

03
Meditation

To cultivate presence and compassion even in times of personal, business, or collective upheaval.

04
Smart Reflection

To process smartly, make the right choices, and get ready for work- and life-changing action.

05
Communing

To share joys and challenges, inform and inspire each other, and strengthen social capacities despite the current pandemic of loneliness.

The foundation of thriving entrepreneurship.

To thrive means to catch a stream of energy that is available like a river's energy is available to the swimmer heading downstream. It's vital for entrepreneurs to find and surf that stream — otherwise, they overexpend themselves swimming upstream, risking their businesses, their private lives, or both.

Stay grounded amidst intensity, so we can think clearly and make powerful choices.

Lead from our core instead of from pressure, so our leadership becomes sustainable, impactful, and alive.

Understand our true needs, desires, limits, and truths, so we act from choice rather than unconscious instinct.

Rebuild our genuine capacity to connect, so what we create doesn't come at the expense of the relationships that matter most.

Feel resourced and alive instead of depleted and malnourished.

Lead our businesses, lives, and relationships successfully and regeneratively — without losing ourselves.

Meet the facilitators.
